I have been dealing with tendon fasciitis in my foot for over 5 years, and only recently did it really start hurting so much that I decided to go do something about it. Jimmy not only treated the pain right away, he also educated me on how my mechanics and posture were affecting my feet. He then gave me a number of exercises to do over the next three weeks. By the start of the second week my pain decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. I’m keeping up with the exercises and I’m seeing improvements in my movement and pain levels each week. A few months ago, I came to Jimmy with some upper back and shoulder pain. The first thing Jimmy did after examining it was assure me that it was probably nothing to worry about. It immediately gave me a sense of relief. He gave me some techniques to alleviate the tension and helped me learn a few exercises to do at home. This winter, I fell on ice and hurt my knee. I contacted Jimmy and he was quick to set up a time to help me with my injury. Using his expertise, he was able to assess my injury, and provide acupuncture as well as appropriate strengthening exercises to prevent further injury. After a few sessions and exercises, my knee has regained much strength. Whenever I have a minor injury or anything, I ask Jimmy to take a look at it. He’s always able to identify the problem and fix it. Last Sunday, I felt pain in my shoulder while throwing at softball practice. After working out during the week and feeling the irritation I went to see Jimmy. After the treatment I could see a huge reduction in pain and improvement in strength.
